Fork Fest 2025 Band Submissions

Fork Fest: Music & Arts Festival is the premiere annual showcase of Utah bands presented by Harrington Center for the Arts and Velour Live Music Gallery. 2025 will bring thousands of patrons to American Fork's Art Dye Park for an intimate firelight kickoff followed by a full day of musical acts. The festival features numerous attractions with food trucks, art installations, a hammock hangout, bounce houses, and a vendor village with booths highlighting local artisans and craftsmen.

Dates for Fork Fest will be announced soon, but we are planning for a weekend in June.

Fill out the application below to submit your band/act to be considered for Fork Fest 2025. Band submissions will close on January 31, 2025 at 11:59pm (midnight). More information at ForkFest.org.

All submissions will be reviewed, and you will be contacted if selected by our team to perform. Due to the overwhelming amount of applications, only one submission per band/act is permitted.
