Fork Fest is an outdoor music and arts festival that supports and celebrates Utah’s strong music landscape. The festival will have 3 stages, 28 bands, vendors, food trucks, and activities for the entire family. We will be implementing strategies to encourage behaviors that reduce the risk of exposure to COVID-19 among performers, staff, and attendees.

Vendor Applicants will be reviewed and notified of acceptance within one week. We are not accepting applications for Food Truck type vendors.

Vendor Information Fork Fest 2022

Event is June 11, 2022
Venue is Art Dye Park in American Fork, UT.
Fork Fest starts at 12:00PM (Gate at 11:45AM) and ends at 10:30PM.
Vendors are required to be setup by 10:30AM.
Vendors can take down starting at 8:30PM (no pull in until 11PM).
Pull in times are 8:00AM-10:30AM, and after 11:00PM.
At any given time each vendor can only have three complimentary wristbands for staff only. Vendor staff will be required to check out of the festival when their shift has finished in order for new staff to check in.
Each vendor will receive 1 reserved parking stall close to vendor area.
Vendors are required to carry their own general liability insurance policy.
Temporary Sale Tax License will be required if you are selling.
