Fork Fest: Music & Arts Festival is the premiere annual showcase of Utah bands presented by Harrington Center for the Arts and Velour Live Music Gallery. Fork Fest 2024 will bring 4,000 to 5,000 patrons to American Fork's Art Dye Park for a full day of musical acts with 32 bands performing across 3 stages–two large concert stages as well as an immersive acoustic stage. The festival features numerous attractions with food trucks, art installations, a hammock hangout, bounce houses, and a vendor village with booths highlighting local artisans and craftsmen.
If you are interested in being a vendor in our Vendor Village, please fill out the following application. Please note that you will not be charged until after you are notified of your acceptance.
Applications close on May 7th at midnight. Applicants will be notified whether or not they are accepted by May 14th, 2024. If you have any questions, please email [email protected].
Vendor Information Fork Fest 2024
- The Festival is held at Art Dye Park located at 1000 N 550 E St, American Fork, UT 84003.
- Fork Fest starts at 12:00 PM (Gate at 11:45 AM) and ends at 10:30 PM.
- Vendors are required to be set up by 11:45 AM on June 8th.
- Vendors can start taking down at 8:30 PM (no pull-in until 10:30 PM).
- Pull-in times are 8:00 AM-11:00 AM and after 10:30 PM.
- At any given time, each vendor can only have three complimentary wristbands for staff only. Vendor staff will be required to check out of the festival when their shift has finished in order for new staff to check-in.
- Vendors are required to carry their own general liability insurance policy.
- A Temporary Sales Tax License will be required if you are selling.
