Introducing Harrington Center for the Arts' first annual Holiday Makers Market and Live Nativity. We are looking for handcrafted, artisan foods and items from local vendors for this 6 day event. Please note that all items must be handcrafted. Applications will close on Friday, November 24th at 11:59 PM.
The Holiday Makers Market and Live Nativity will be open to the public Monday - Friday, December 4th - 9th from 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm and will be open from 9:00 am - 9:00 pm on Saturday, December 9th. Vendors must staff the event for all hours we are open. We will provide tents and power for all vendors to create a cohesive experience. We are anticipating anywhere between 5,000 and 8,000 attendees throughout the week.
We are providing 10x10 ft Pagoda-style tents with walls on all 4 sides (one side will be opened during market hours). The festival will be decorated with garlands and lights. The center of the holiday market will feature a 13ft sleigh with Santa and his elves. Attached are pictures of what we have purchased:

Vendors will be allowed to enter the park at 12:00 pm for set up. All vendors need to be set up by 3:45 pm.
Vendors need to be ready to serve guests at 4:00 pm and will need to stay open until 9:00 pm each day.
